This project is defined by an extensive use of color; green, terracotta, and wood tones are the protagonists of this design.

In terms of layout, a single open-plan environment was created to house both the living room and kitchen. Additionally, a second bathroom was created within the master bedroom, along with a small walk-in closet. Custom joinery—such as the large green wardrobe at the entrance—helped create various utility spaces, including a coat closet, shoe cabinet, laundry area, and storage, which are fundamental elements that enrich the functionality of the home
