The renovation of their new office space has been completely tailored, much like a bespoke outfit. From the choice of colors to the sourcing of vintage furniture, the synergy created with Mary and the other members of the team has resulted in a workspace that exudes professionalism, elegance, energy, joy, and functionality. Professional Studio E. Duse Michele had the need to breathe new life into his professional studio. Through a comprehensive renovation, a new space was created to meet the functional requirements of various users. A dedicated relaxation area for dining and coffee breaks, an organized and accessible archive, new facilities, and a complete restyling of all rooms were achieved. Agnese Bar Bistro The Agnese Bistro is located in Ostia’s city center, very close to the famous Piazza Anco Marzio, which hosts historic establishments of the Roman coast, such as Bar Sisto or Bar Paglia, known for its fantastic fried Bombe. Agnese’s project was carefully curated in all aspects: architecturally, in terms of color and material choices, and even the new brand (logos – graphics). The bold and elegant color palette characterizes the space, and the use of natural materials like Carrara marble and brass contributes to providing a timeless sense of authenticity delicately, offering space users a warm welcome. Via Protagora Essential lines, natural materials, elegance, and minimalism are the adjectives that best describe the approach to this project. The villa underwent a complete renovation that involved all systems, fixtures, floors, coverings, and, of course, the new internal distribution on three floors. A radiant floor heating system was implemented, and above it was laid the beautiful walnut canaletto parquet. Medical Studio Through a total restyling project (walls, systems, floors, coverings), today this apartment has been transformed into an important medical studio. The waiting room is characterized by a play of geometries, both in terms of the floors and the fabrics of the bench cushions. The soft and delicate lighting contributes to creating a sense of harmony and balance throughout the space. The client’s intention was to make patients feel comfortable both during the waiting period and the examination. This result was achieved by incorporating contrasting and unexpected elements in a medical environment. Mid-century modern objects, wallpapers with sinuous lines, radiators with classic designs alternate with technical false ceilings and specifically medical and professional equipment. This contrast was the keystone of the project and has satisfied our clients and the patients who use this space on a daily basis, 100%. Location Ostia Year 2012
